I don't really like the remote that came with my sdplayer, my Samsung S6 works much better as remote. I Don't have to aim it towards the ir receiver like I have to do with the original. I tested different remote apps, Irplus works well and it's free. I don't know if anyone finds this useful but here...

Does anyone know, if this player could use flash storage instead of sd-card? It wouldn't be so convenient, if it would sound better, then it might be worth it. Hard kernel sells sd to emmc adapter and up to 64gb emmc modules. If I decide to buy one of those for my odroid c1+, I'll test if it works
