Or "mqnplay.exe 2.97 1644" or "mqnplay.exe 1644 2.97" or whatever, if only it starts with "mqnplay.exe " and "mqncontrol.exe ".

John Dot: For the moment there are two ways for using zip-provided-files:
a. leave naming scheme like it is and use mqn.bat and paste.exe
b. rename the the versions to anything that follows the old naming scheme and use them with Mqnload

Gordon, the mqnplay versions you provided in a zip file - and versions R2.90 (and above) as well - have a common issue: If playback has ended, mqnplay.exe isn't closed as normally.
