Re: lekt player

Hi lekt Do you have a version that supports 24 bit DACs ? My Dac only works with everything sent in 24 bits - even 16 bit wavs, which is a bit annoying. Thanks Clive play 16bit source in 24bit container in my plan. i will make it and notice to you. Thank you - it would be great to test :) Clive

Re: MQN

Hi sbgk

Do you have an idea when you'll have a version working for 24 bit DACs i.e dacs that only accepts everything 24 bit "containers", not 32 bit as is most common?

Re: MQN

I've only had a listen to 2.65 SSE4 V3, not had a chance to listen to the SSE2 version. Have to say it's as reported - very good indeed. Will try the SSE2 version, for the sake of completeness. Meanwhile - A 24bit version of the above would be welcome :-) Mark Hi Yes, would love a 24 bit version to...

Re: MQN

Hi LowOrbit It's interesting and I find somehow illogical why Linux isn't better but have heard lots of people saying Windows (even with all it's inherent audio problems) when setup correctly generally always is better than a dedicated Linux solution (at least with JPLAY). I use a single PC setup wi...

Re: MQN

As the OS seems to be so important (or perhaps minimising the CPU load etc by optimising the environment, ie less processes running etc) what about trying something like Windows Embedded 8.1 or even trying a very simple WAV - PCM player on a completely stripped down Linux system - I would have thoug...

Hi sbgk

I would love a 24 bit version please - I tried a test one that played 24 bit files (with great results) but haven't been able to try 16 bit // 44 Khz -so 24 bit would be very welcome!

Re: MQN

all 24 bit, so no go. am doing a 24 bit version that will have 16/44.1 as well, you need 24 bit for everything, I guess you don't have 24/44.1 music, the 24 bit version does 24/96, you could try that. Hi sbgk Thanks very much for your help. I've downloaded a version from folder "mqn 24 96 test...
