I find these newest releases from Son Lux rather interesting. Not easy listening but some really unique atmospheric tonal progressions and jagged drumming. Jazz and Asian inspirations adds another layer. Really well recorded and will definitely shake the dust off the speakers.

Vinyl woes: First... Big Thief - Masterpiece. Marred by noise all the way through. 😞 Returned to Tower (who exchanged no questions asked) and second copy was as bad! Real shame as it is a nice album. Maddison Cunningham - Who Are You Now. Same problem. Returned to Amazon for a refund. Very annoying ...

Loved the story of one organ built over 30 years by a farmer from pear trees in his orchard... and the instrument turned out to be pretty terrible... The artists behind the project loved it though..
