Cheap and valves don't really fit in the same sentence, so no matter what you pick there will be drawbacks. I would bet it will work and sound fine.

As I type this I am streaming from Qobuz on the phone to a bluetooth receiver and i2s from there into an AD1862 DAC. Sometimes Fedex send you a bill afterwards. The kicker there is the 18e they charge for admin fees. The whole thing is a minefield but for what its worth, addresspal is the best solution for buying stuff from UK or USA where the seller is not fully set up to charge VAT etc. In other words all smalle...
