The remote control unit on our Humax HDR 1100 S is operating erratically and/or refusing to work. If you have one to spare or know where I might get one, please let me know or send a PM.
The controls on the box itself are very basic and most commands need the remote control unit.
Any or all help much appreciated.

f) THE MODERATING TEAM RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY ADS AT THEIR DISCRETION.
g) Commercial sellers should approach any of the moderation team in advance of posting. First time commercial posts without moderator contact will be removed.

I had a similar situation with a different remote and it was just easier to buy a cheap One For All...

I needed a Humax remote a few years ago (albeit for a much earlier Humax model) and I found what I wanted on amazon Spain amazon.es

99% of the time, the button contacts inside have gotten gummed up with crud and don't make contact any more.
If you can split the remote apart carefully, and clean the contacts and rubber pad really well, 9 times out of 10 it will work grand after. Exceptions are where there is corrosion, broken circuit board. Yours seems to be working but not perfectly so I'd say there's a good chance.
