Yes I believe it does but unfortunately record companies will have us locked up for 50yrs and kind of blue will probably only buy you a month off that sentence.

I stick to my tenner max rule when buying filthy silver thingys but will always support the artist if I like the music. That way they get to make more music! Remember the days?!!! Should have stuck to records and tapes :-)
