Record Fair Rathmines Dublin.

There's a record fair on in the old fire station in Rathmines this Saturday It's by
http://www.irishrecordfairs.com some of you might have an opinion on them (feel free to voice it!) I've asked the main man (he's a friend of a friend) to bring down some blues, some Verve some Blue Note etc... on vinyl. It's on 10:30 - 6:30.
The venue is just past the very visible town hall clock and right across from the old library.

An interesting selection there young Ivor: with, amongst others, George Shearing (the greatest cocktail pianist in the world), Oscar Peterson (the worst cocktail pianist in the world), the inimitable Thelonious Monk and going all the back back to the origins of Jazz with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, an electric mix, may they bring you many hours of listening pleasure, enjoy.

The Record Fair will be in Ranelagh this week. Out in the fresh air on The Triangle just across from a certain wine shop.... if you're down there drop over.
