I was listening to that second one last night which I had just got in the post (I was ordering from MDT and I noticed it was the last day of their sale on the Naïve label and bought half a dozen of this excellent series). Really delightful!!

One odd thing is that the works involving lute were recorded some years before those involving mandolin. Also they must be using double-tracking, as Rolf Lislevand is the only mandolin player credited and some involve two mandolins. In any case, the two concertos I listened to were ravishing!

I must listen closely to that disc then, Ciaran.

Any chance you could make the second image above a bit bigger Ciaran? I can hardly see it! :-P ;-)
That Weckmann Harpsichord disc looks interesting. I might check that one out myself.
