Hi there , Does anyone know of an engineer or someone who would look at a Tascam Reel to Reel for me , plays pre recorded tapes ok,

when I record it replays at really low volume/ I bought it from an ex RTE person who said it was fine last time he tested it ( a few years ago) and I believe him. So maybe something small, or maybe im doing something wrong.
