Cable for Telephone Extension

I want to buy cable to run an extension for my telephone from the hall to upstairs. Previously I could get suitable wire in Peats or Maplins but both are now closed. Can anyone suggest a shop (physical or online) where I can purchase same. I will have to run it on the surface so I want something fairly inconspicuous.

Hi James, my ex company used CPC for cables, etc. I always found them to give a quick service and competitively priced.
