Hi Dermot.
Yeah Pink Flag, of all the albums in all of my world, it is the most played.
If I had to pick an absolute favourite, then that is probably it. Timeless. Consistent. Provocative. Once heard, embedded.

I just realised I have no idea where my copy is. I'll be in Tower tomorrow!

Totally agree with you Gerry :) And yet I ignored it the first time and went for Chairs Missing instead! It was only years later when I discovered that Chairs Mising was indeed missing from my collection and splurged all my cash on the first three albums (MWB). What a revelation when I finally got to hear Pink Flag for the first time! Actually it wasn't really the first time as I remember picking up a fantastic compilation on a single slab of vinyl (On Returning) years earlier which highlighted the best cuts. My mind was already made up.....BTW have you ever heard This Heat's first album? I'm the proud owner of the extremely rare vinyl edition and it's just absolutely amazing with fantastic sonics too. Experimental music has never sounded this good...
