Larry LaPrise - Gone

Sad News With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokey Kokey" died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started..

Nice one Gerry, we need some more death notices with some humour thrown in........he had a good innings so I am sure he would appreciate it!

Larry's passing is reported now and again. So I'm not sure when he actually shook off ...
But every time I see this notice I rock laughing.
Bad news can be good for something alright.
