What's that like Fergus? I've seen the vinyl boxset on sale for the last few months but it's really expensive.fergus wrote:

Re: Rock - what are you listening to?
I have had that set in one form or another for many years Dave and I have always loved Harrison's music from just after they broke up. I would always have it in my collection but then again I always have had it. I do not play it regularly but I know that it is there. I think that you either like Harrison from that time or you do not. For me the music is really good from a time when he was asserting himself as an independent song writer. Taste, as ever, determines these things but would I pay big money for a vinyl box set....probably not but I would always have the CD version to hand. However, on saying that, this music would probably sound really good on vinyl. I know that I am not helping you but.......DaveF wrote:What's that like Fergus? Re: Rock - what are you listening to?
Thanks Fergus. I'm not really familiar with his solo stuff and given the price of the vinyl set, I think the CD is the safer bet for now.fergus wrote:I have had that set in one form or another for many years Dave and I have always loved Harrison's music from just after they broke up.
